Insurance and Payment Information

Dr. Dobozin accepts Medicare and most major insurance plans. You are responsible for co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance or some charges that may not be covered by your insurance. Co-payments and any deductibles are collected at the time of each visit. If you have questions regarding billing or which insurance plans we accept, please contact us. Questions regarding insurance coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or insurance company.
